How does ordering custom invitations work?

What is the cost for invitations?
Typically a bride will invest around $900 for a 3-card suite. This includes invitations, RSVPs, info cards, and printed guest & return addressing on the invitation and RSVP envelopes. Invitation pricing depends on what you choose in your suite. Fill out this contact form to get a custom quote for your stationery needs.

When should I order my invitations?
I recommend reaching out about your custom stationery needs as soon as you have your date and venue secured in order to ensure booking. Typically the turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the quantity and complexity of the suite. Booking is only guaranteed with a 50% deposit and signed contract with agreed upon timelines.

What if I need my order faster than your average turnaround?
I always strive to turnaround projects as quickly as I can while having the same commitment to quality. That being said, if you need your item(s) quicker than the average turnaround, please send me a message with your needed turnaround time. I’ll let you know if I’m able to accommodate the time frame needed and at what cost. Expedited shipping is also an option and cost will vary depending on the weight/size of the package.

When are save the dates and invitations usually sent out to guests?
Save the dates are traditionally sent out 6–8 months before the wedding and 8–10 months before if you have guests needing to make international travel plans or you are having a destination wedding.

Invitations typically are sent out 1–2 months before the wedding or 3 months before if you out of town guests needing to make travel accommodations.

Can I purchase just the digital/printable files for my invitations?

For wedding stationery, I only offer design & printing services together. I love overseeing the paper and printing process to ensure a high-quality final product.
